01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the nb999 platform, accessible at https://nb999.win and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the site. By accessing, registering on, or placing any real-money wager through nb999, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, including all supplementary policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

nb999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nb999 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to discuss account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any translation of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall take precedence. All formal communications between nb999 and its users shall be conducted in English.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the nb999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all products and services available on the platform, including the casino lobby, sports sportsbook, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offers. nb999 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, and that you are not registering on behalf of a third party. nb999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including at the time of first withdrawal — and to suspend account access pending the successful completion of age verification.

nb999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the past three months confirming residential address. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use nb999.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where access to online casino and sports betting services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of nb999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from the nb999 platform.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active nb999 account. Duplicate account creation is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on nb999, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. nb999 strongly recommends that users select a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your nb999 account. nb999 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from the user's failure to protect their credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nb999 support immediately at [email protected]. nb999 may temporarily freeze the account while it investigates the reported incident. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide any documentation reasonably requested by the nb999 security team.

• All registration information must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. nb999 uses IP address, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to identify and close duplicate accounts.
• nb999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without disclosing the reason for refusal.
• Account registration and use of nb999's services are subject to successful identity verification at the platform's discretion.
• Users must keep their registered contact details up to date. nb999 communications sent to the registered email address or mobile number are deemed received by the account holder.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

nb999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of supported methods is always displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

The minimum deposit amount at nb999 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. nb999 does not charge its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges, for which nb999 accepts no liability. Deposit transactions are typically credited to your playing balance within two to five minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the MFS network.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the nb999 payments team during operational hours (09:00–24:00 BST daily). Requests submitted before 22:00 BST are generally processed the same evening. nb999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds the average historical activity on the account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the originating deposit.
• nb999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the playing balance.
• nb999 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or MFS provider.
• Funds in your nb999 account do not accrue interest and are held separately from nb999's operational funds.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

nb999 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

The nb999 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only; each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once. The welcome bonus and any winnings derived from it are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds issued by nb999 carry a standard 30x wagering requirement. Not all game types contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino and table games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) typically contribute 10% of each wager. Sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.80 typically contribute 100%. These contribution rates are subject to change and the current rates are always displayed in the Promotions section of the platform.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until all wagering requirements have been met.
• nb999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available to residents of Bangladesh only. nb999 reserves the right to restrict promotional offers by geographic location.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect bonus allocation, nb999 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on nb999 — including live dealer games, video slots, RNG table games, and crash titles — are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the game interface. nb999 presents these games as an aggregation platform and is not responsible for game software, outcome algorithms, or individual game rule variations beyond those governed by provider licensing requirements.

All RNG (random number generator) based games on nb999 use certified random number generation algorithms that have been independently audited for fairness. Crash games such as Aviator by Spribe operate on provably fair mechanics — the outcome of each round can be independently verified by players using the round hash published at the conclusion of each game cycle. nb999 does not modify or interfere with any game outcome.

The nb999 sportsbook operates on live odds supplied by licensed odds compilers. Odds are subject to change before the close of betting on any market. • nb999 reserves the right to void bets placed after the natural closing time of a market due to system delay or network error.
• In-play cricket bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which market prices may change. The odds at the point of confirmed acceptance apply.
• Winnings from casino games are paid directly to the player's account balance upon confirmation of the game round result.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play. nb999 support cannot reverse game results due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

07 User Obligations

By using the nb999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that causes or may cause damage to the platform, impairs availability or accessibility, or otherwise harms nb999 or its other users. You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your registered account, whether or not you personally performed that activity.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the nb999 platform, including its backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces. You agree not to use any automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other activity on the platform that would not ordinarily be possible through normal human interaction with the user interface.

• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws in Bangladesh or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not attempt to defraud nb999 or any other user of the platform through any means, including collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting schemes.
• You must not use any software tool designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or over the house, including card counting software, bet calculation bots, or real-time odds comparison tools deployed in an automated manner.
• You must not use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in any communication with nb999 support staff or in any public-facing feature of the platform.
• You must promptly notify nb999 if you become aware of any security vulnerability, pricing error, or system fault that could be exploited to gain an unfair advantage. Exploitation of such faults is a violation of these Terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of nb999 complies with all laws applicable in your location. nb999 provides no legal advice regarding the status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

nb999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or has conducted themselves in a manner that is otherwise harmful to the platform or its user community. In cases where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, nb999 may withhold account funds pending investigation and may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their nb999 account may do so by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". nb999 will process the request within five business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user's registered payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been met and no withdrawal restrictions are in effect. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the dedicated self-exclusion tool available within their Account Settings panel rather than submitting a standard closure request. • During any active investigation period, withdrawal privileges may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
• nb999 reserves the right to deduct from any pending withdrawal any amounts owed to the platform under this Agreement, including any fraudulently obtained bonus funds.
